GeoAgent is a software platform designed to assist users in extracting, processing, and generating geometry or related outputs from user-provided documents and data. The Service provides tools intended to assist professional workflows, but it does not replace professional judgment or licensed services.

Users retain ownership of all documents, files, and materials uploaded to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Stadion Ai a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Pricing changes will take effect with at least 30 days notice. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Stadion Ai may issue refunds or credits at its discretion.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or external infrastructure failures. Stadion Ai shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
